What countries are Witch available in?
We currently only sell our products in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
Can I buy Witch products directly from you?
Unfortunately, we don’t sell our products directly to consumers. You can buy them from a range of high street and online retailers. A full list can be found on the where to buy page.
Are Witch products suitable for all skin types?
The complete Witch Skincare range is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Is the Witch Skincare range suitable for vegans?
Yes. All our products are vegan-friendly.
How often can I use Witch products? Can I use them every day?
Yes, all our products can be used daily.
Are Witch products safe to use while pregnant?
Yes, all our products are safe to use while pregnant. However, as we do not know your personal circumstances or any medication you may be on throughout your pregnancy, we recommend getting additional advice from your GP or Pharmacist.
Are Witch products dermatologically tested?
Yes. All our products are dermatologically tested and are suitable for sensitive skin.
Is Witch Hazel suitable for all skin types?
The complete Witch Skincare range is suitable for all skin types.
Does the Witch Skincare range only contain natural ingredients?
We use Witch Hazel, which is totally natural – and has a long history of use in skincare. We also use other natural ingredients such as Aloe Vera and Red Clay. We have also used our scientific expertise to combine Witch Hazel with other specially selected ‘man-made’ ingredients. These are just as gentle and soothing – so they are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Do any of the Witch products include microplastics?
We are proud to say that all our formulations are free from microplastics.
Are Witch products tested on animals?
We do not test any of our products on animals, nor use manufacturers who test on animals.
Can Witch packaging be recycled?
We certainly use recyclable (and recycled) cardboard and plastic as much as we can. At the moment, most of the components of our packaging are recyclable and we are constantly working on getting that percentage higher and higher. Check out each product for specific details.
Have you discontinued the Overnight Clearing Serum?
No, we just changed its name and packaging. It’s now called the Brightening Night Cream and comes in a more eco-friendly tube. It may look different, but the formula is exactly the same.
